BIOGRAPHY

Nadunie Wanigasinghe is a lecturer (probationary) attached to the Department of Private and Comparative Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Colombo. She completed her Bachelor of Laws degree at the Faculty of Law, University of Colombo. She is also an Attorney-at-Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka. Currently, she teaches interpretation of statutes and documents and labour law at the undergraduate level. Her research interests include contractual dimensions of the employment relationship, human rights at work, labour exploitation and anti-discrimination law.
