Ms.Dianarthy Suthakar holds a Master of Laws degree from Faculty of Law, University of Colombo Sri Lanka, and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Department of Law, University of Jaffna, Sri Lanka. She is also an Attorney-at-Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka. She is a recipient of the Diploma in Human Resource Management from the LBS, Sri Lanka. She is also a recipient of the Certificate in Teaching in Higher Education (CTHE) with SEDA accreditation.<\/em><\/p>\n She is currently attached to the Department of Commercial Law, Faculty of Law, University of Colombo, Sri Lanka. Before joining the Department of Commercial Law, she was a lecturer at the Department of Law, University Jaffna, Sri Lanka.<\/em><\/p>\n Currently, she teaches Company Law, Intellectual property law, Business Law and Tax Law.
