This paper discusses the similar and different features of the Sri Lankan Dual Citizenship policy in comparison to the general trends of the Dual Citizenship policy in many other countries. It argues that Sri Lankan case shows a reversible effect in terms of its Dual Citizenship policy and reveals evidences that contribute to such an effect.
