Mrs. W.P. Gayani Lasantha Perera currently serves as an Senior Assistant Librarian at the Main Library, University of Colombo, Sri Lanka.<\/p>\n
Mrs. Perera received her BA degree (Hons, First Class) in Library and Information Science from the Faculty of Social Sciences, the University of Kelaniya in 2007. She has also completed her Master of Science in Information Technology from the Faculty of Information Technology, University of Moratuwa, with a research component in the area of open-source library automation software.<\/p>\n
Also She has completed Master of Social Sciences in Library and Information Science from the Faculty of Graduate Studies, the University of Kelaniya with a research component in academic library support for e-learning in University of Kelaniya.<\/p>\n
