He served as an adjunct research associate of the Australian Centre for Family Business (ACFB), Bond University Australia and visiting research fellow at the Faculty of Commerce, Chuo University, Tama Campus, Tokyo, Japan. Dr Dharmadasa has an MBA from the University of Colombo and a PhD from Bond University, Australia.
