Ms. Chethanee Lalantha Digoarachchi is a lecturer in the Department of Management and Organization Studies, Faculty of Management and Finance, University of Colombo. Before joining the Faculty of Management and Finance, University of Colombo, she worked as a Management Associate, Supply Chain Management at Midas Safety (Sri Lanka). She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree (Second class upper, University of Colombo). Currently, she is reading for her MPhil at the Faculty of Graduate Studies (University of Colombo) and Masters of Business Administration (Postgraduate Institute of Management, University of Sri Jayewardenepura). After obtaining the Certificate in Teaching in Higher Education (CTHE) from the Staff Development Centre of the University of Colombo in 2017, she became a SEDA (UK) accredited teacher in Higher Education.<\/p>\n
Chethanee is capable in teaching management discipline. She teaches in the areas of Organisational Psychology, Personality Development and Organisational Change and Development. She is a passionate teacher, focusing on the areas of organisational leadership, personality development and general management.<\/p>\n
