Ms. Kumudu Kushlani Kapiyangoda is a senior lecturer attached to the Department of Management and Organisation Studies, Faculty of Management and Finance of University of Colombo, Sri Lanka. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting) Special Degree from University of Colombo. She also holds an MBA from University of Colombo with a gold medal for Financial Reporting and Management Controls. She is a CIMA passed finalist and served as the coordinator for the Higher Diploma in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management programme conducted by University of Colombo. Her research interests are in the areas of management control systems, management accounting, entrepreneurship, small businesses management and family business management. She is currently reading for her PhD at University of Colombo.<\/p>\n
