Mr. Sahan J. Fernando obtained his first degree \u2013 Bachelor of Business Administration (Special) \u2013 with a First-Class honor from the Faculty of Management and Finance, University of Colombo in 2014. After working in the corporate sector for two years, he joined the academic staff of the Department of Management and Organization Studies of the same Faculty in 2016 as a probationary lecturer. He completed his Master of Business Administration Degree from the Faculty of Management and Finance, University of Colombo in 2019. After obtaining the Certificate in Teaching in Higher Education (CTHE) from the Staff Development Centre of the University of Colombo in 2018, he became a SEDA (UK) accredited teacher in Higher Education. Mr. Fernando is currently a Senior Lecturer (Transitional) in the Department of Management and Organization Studies and on study leave to pursue his PhD. He was awarded the Deakin University Postgraduate Research Scholarship (DUPRS) to pursue his doctoral studies from the Deakin Business School, Melbourne, Australia.<\/p>\n
