Dr. Seuwandhi Ranasinghe holds a PhD from the Adam Smith Business School, University of Glasgow, United Kingdom (2017), being a recipient of the scholarship from the Adam Smith Business School. She also holds a Masters in Human Rights from the Faculty of Graduate Studies, University of Colombo (2025), and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Colombo (2011). She obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration (Special) degree (2006) from the Faculty of Management and Finance, University of Colombo, graduating with First Class Honours.<\/p>\n
Dr. Ranasinghe has also completed the Certificate in Teaching in Higher Education from the Staff Development Centre of the University of Colombo and is a SEDA (UK)\u2013accredited teacher in Higher Education (2012).<\/p>\n
She currently serves as a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Management and Organization Studies and as the Coordinator of the MPhil\/PhD Programme at the Faculty of Graduate Studies, University of Colombo. She is the Chairperson of the Ethics Review Committee of the Faculty of Management and Finance and Co-Chair of the Doctoral Colloquium 2025, held in conjunction with the 20th International Research Conference on Management and Finance (IRCMF 2025).<\/p>\n
Her previous roles include serving as Co-Chair of the IRCMF 2019 and as Coordinator of the MBA Weekend Programme at the Postgraduate and Mid-career Development Unit from 2018 to 2021.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1\/2″]
