Sandun is aSenior Lecturer (Grade II) affiliated with the Department of International Business, Faculty of Management and Finance, University of Colombo. Sandun is reading for his PhD at the University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka. He read for his Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Business Administration (specialization in International Business) at the University of Colombo. He is a Staff Education Development Association (UK) certified and teacher in Higher Education and is also qualified with the Certificate for Teaching in Higher Education (CTHE), University of Colombo<\/p>\n

He teaches in the Bachelor of Business Administration, the Diploma in Human Resource Management (DHRM), the Diploma in Finance, postgraduate diploma programmes, Master of Business Administration programmes, and Master of Management Studies programmes offered by the University of Colombo. He is the text editor for the Colombo Journal of Multi-Disciplinary Review, University of Colombo and also, and he is an academic advisor of the Community Development Project (CDP) course offered by the Faculty of Management and Finance, the University of Colombo. Sandun is a personal tutor under the personal tutoring programme and he has also been a temporary student counsellor representing the Department of International Business for two years (2019-2021).<\/p>\n

Sandun\u2019s teaching interest has been in the areas of Introduction to International Business, Cross-cultural Management, Supply Chain Management, International Logistics Management, Personality Development and Business Communication. His research interests are in the areas of Liabilities of Outsidership of Multinational Enterprises, Liabilities of Foreignness of Multinational Enterprises, the identity of Multinational Enterprises, International Business cultures, teaching International Business, and Supply chain and logistic issues of MNEs.<\/p>\n
