Completed, with journal publication under review. \u2018Androgen receptor status of a Sri Lankan breast carcinoma patient cohort, with clinicopathological association, molecular subtype and survival\u2019 Ongoing<\/li><li class=\"\">Sultan Qaboos university research grant in 2009 for the study \u2018An ultra structural analysis of the effect of the medicinal herb Polpala (Aerva lanata) on the structure of the urinary tract of rat \u2013 Chief investigator. Completed with a journal publication<\/li><li class=\"\">National Science Foundation (NSF) grant RG\/98\/M4 in 1999 for study \u2018Study to assess prognostically important features of breast carcinoma in a Sri Lankan population\u2019 \u2013 Chief investigator. Completed with a journal publication<\/li><li class=\"\">National Science Foundation (NSF) grant RG\/2004\/TM\/02 in 2008 for the study \u2018Polpala (Aerva lanata) : its effects on the structure and the function of the urinary tract of rat\u2019 \u2013 Co investigator.
