This will be the first 3R center in Sri Lanka and\u00a0<em>de facto<\/em>\u00a0in South East Asia to maximize replacement models (Replacement) for research and education while reducing the number of animals (Reduction) breed and use for research purposes leading to reduction of animal suffering (Refinement).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Designed postgraduate Certificate and Diploma
