• Involved in training cardiopulmonary resuscitation (at both local and European Resuscitation courses), trauma care at the National Trauma Management Course (NTMC) and Decision Making in Major Trauma course (DMMT) to doctors of various disciplines
• Resource person for preparatory courses (MS Surgery, MD Obstetrics & Gynaecology) as well as for Diploma in Medical Physiology and Diploma in Reproductive Health conducted by the Postgraduate Institute of Medicine in Sri Lanka
• Resource person for the academic training module for ITU trained nurses - Nursing officers at the Post basic school of nursing in Colombo
• Resource person at annual academic sessions of various professional colleges and workshops at Sri Lanka Medical Association (SLMA)
• Resource person at Basic Life Support courses conducted for lay responders in the community and school children as a part of the World Restart a Heart program
• Serve as a member of the Ethics Review Committee of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Colombo
• Deputy coordinator of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Colombo
