• National Institute of Technical Education of Sri Lanka Assistant Lecturer – 2008-2013 Missions or tasks realized: As an assistant lecturer, I perform the following duties; delivering lectures for undergraduate and diploma students, developing CBT curricula, developing instructional materials and material evaluation, assessing students via traditional module-based content, student counselling & mentoring, research supervision, programme coordination and evaluation.
• University of Vocational Technology (UoVT) Lecturer (Probationary) – Department of Training Technology – 2013-2019 Missions or tasks realized: As a lecturer, I perform the following duties; delivering lectures for undergraduate and diploma students, conducting module based-based assessments, developing CBT curricula, developing instructional materials and material evaluation, student counselling & mentoring, research supervision, programme coordination and evaluation.
• University of Vocational Technology – Lecturer – Department of Education & Training – 2020 - 2025 Missions or tasks realized: As a lecturer, I perform the following duties; delivering lectures for undergraduate and diploma students, developing CBT curricula, developing instructional materials and material evaluation, planning and conducting traditional module-based assessments and online assessments for pre-service & in-service teachers, student counselling & mentoring, research supervision, programme coordination and evaluation. In addition, department administration activities (i.e. Head of the Department (2014-2017), staff and student enrollment, staff promotion)
