  3. \u201cThird World Academy of Sciences Prizes for Young Scientists – The 1991 Prize for Physics\u201d jointly awarded by TWAS, Italy and NARESA, Sri Lanka \u00a0in 1991.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  4. GRC (General Research Committee of SLAAS) merit award<\/strong> in 1992 for my contribution to Sri Lankan Science.<\/li>\n
