Dr. Esther Surenthiraraj

Esther Surenthiraraj holds a Ph.D. in Social Sciences from the University of Lausanne, and an MA in Linguistics (with a concentration in Language and Communication) from Georgetown University, Washington DC. She teaches a variety of  linguistics courses employing a critical approach to language studies. Her research is interdisciplinary and her recent work focuses on memory, narrative, rhetoric and identity in postwar Sri Lanka.
