BIOGRAPHY

 

Mrs. A. Rayeesa Hasmath currently serves as a lecturer in Unani Section, Institute of Indigenous Medicine, University of Colombo, Rajagiriya, Sri  Lanka.

She entered South Eastern University of Sri Lanka in 2006 as an undergraduate. During her undergraduate studies, She participated in the International Peace Conference Simulation 2009 in Oslo, Norway as an undergraduate representative of South Eastern University of Sri Lanka. She completed her studies with specialized in Arabic linguistics and translation with second class honors in upper division in 2010 and served as an assistant lecturer for a period of one year.

Mrs. A.Rayeesa Hasmath joined Institute of Indigenous Medicine, University of Colombo in 2013. She successfully completed her postgraduate studies, Master of Arts in Arabic Linguistics in International Islamic University Malaysia in 2018.
