Over 18 years of professional experience in theatre and more than 10 years of experience in university teaching and teacher education. Recipient of multiple state and international awards for excellence in directing and playwriting. Holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Drama and Theatre Education from the University of Colombo.
