BIOGRAPHY

Dr. (Mrs.) R. Senathiraja is a former Dean of the Faculty of Management and Finance at the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka, and served as the Director of the Centre for Contemporary Indian Studies at the University of Colombo. She received her PhD in Corporate Entrepreneurship with a specialisation in management studies from the Madras University, India; M.Sc. in Small and Medium Entrepreneurship from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka; B. Com (First Class) from Jaffna University, Sri Lanka. Her research primarily examines the role of entrepreneurship, innovation, and organisational behaviour in both government and private sectors. Her work has been published in several reputed journals. Further, She involves in reviewing research papers and editorial member of the editorial boards. She has been supervising undergraduate, postgraduate students in national universities in Sri Lanka. She has been a recipient of prestigious scholarships and programmes such as the Indian Commonwealth Scholarship (2005), American Fellowship of South Asian Women Leadership in University Administration (2016), and the United States Educational Leadership Programme (2017).
