Dr. Tissa Ravinda Perera

Dr. Tissa Ravinda Perera is a course facilitator in both postgraduate and undergraduate levels in the Faculty of Management and Finance, University of Colombo Sri Lanka. He is a course facilitator in the Doctor of Business Administration (DBA), Faculty of Management and Finance, University of Colombo, Sri Lanka, Doctor of Business Administration (DBA), University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka, and Master of Business Administration (MBA), Faculty of Management and Finance, University of Colombo, Sri Lanka. He is also a research supervisor in Ph.D., DBA, MBA, and undergraduate levels in Sri Lanka

In addition to teaching and research, he is also a Business Consultant and a Corporate Trainer. He has worked as a Corporate Trainer in the Colombo School of Business and Management, Sri Lanka, The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management Sri Lanka (CIPM Sri Lanka), The International Institute of Knowledge Management (TIIKM), Sri Lanka, and McQuire Rens & Jones (Pvt.) Ltd., Sri Lanka. Presently, Dr. Perera is also working as a freelance Business Consultant and a Corporate Trainer.

Dr. Perera is an editorial board member of Sri Lanka Journal of Marketing and a reviewer of research papers in local and international journals. He has served in many international research conferences as a reviewer, panelist, and session chair.  He was also the Co-chair of the 5th International Research Conference on Management and Finance (IRCMF – 2010), Faculty of Management and Finance, University of Colombo, Sri Lanka. He has served as the Co-chair of the 2nd research symposium of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management Sri Lanka (CIPM Sri Lanka).

Dr. Perera has served as an activity coordinator of the World Bank Funded AHEAD (Accelerating Higher Education Expansion Development) project. He was a former president of the Faculty of Management and Finance Teachers’ Association, University of Colombo, Sri Lanka. He was the founding coordinator of the Career Guidance Unit, Faculty of Management and Finance, University of Colombo, Sri Lanka
