Ms. Shanika D. Senavirathna obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration (Special) degree with First-Class Honours from the Faculty of Management and Finance, University of Colombo, in 2022. With over four years of experience in the corporate sector, gained both during and after her undergraduate studies, she joined the academic staff of the Department of Management and Organization Studies of the same faculty in 2023 as an Assistant Lecturer.

She is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the Faculty of Management and Finance, University of Colombo. In addition, she is following the Certificate in Teaching in Higher Education (CTHE) offered by the Staff Development Centre of the University of Colombo.

Ms. Senavirathna currently serves as a Lecturer (Probationary) in the Department of Management and Organization Studies.
