BIOGRAPHY

Tavini Nanayakkara is a lecturer (probationary) at the Department of Private and Comparative Law of the Faculty of Law of the University of Colombo. Her research interests include Data Protection and Privacy, Intellectual Property Law and Administrative Law. She currently teaches the subjects of Contract Law, Family Law and the Law of Delict.
