BIOGRAPHY

Binendri Perera is a Lecturer (Probationary) at the Department of Public and International Law of the Faculty of Law, University of Colombo. She is also a Visiting Lecturer at Sri Lanka Law College. She completed her LL.B. at the Faculty of Law of the University of Colombo. She read for her Masters at the Harvard Law School, Cambridge, Massachusetts where she was a Cogan Scholar (2018/19).  Her main research interests are constitutional law, international law and third world approaches, economic, social and cultural rights and rights of marginalized groups.
