Dengue infection and its morbidity is a major problem in the country. Dengue morbidity is mainly driven by oxidative stress and use of an antioxidant is useful. This is the first study that has looked at this issue in a broader context and use of vitamin E has shown to provide beneficial effect in the managemnt of dengue infection.
