Gorwth charts which are developed on international populations have always shown to incorrectly describe the grwoth of Sri Lankan children and this paper discuss how these charts falsly represent the growth of Sri Lankan children and the damage it could do by under diagnosing obesity and over diagnosing under nutrition.
